PR people like to talk strategy; which is good because it’s the most important part of what we do. As we plan, we seek to express our views and instincts, but what else should be considered in a comprehensive PR strategy? What should be discussed is how the right mix of experience-based instinct, findings and analysis will lead to a strategy that produces tangible results.
